Sorry I dont have a good answer, but i would also like to know some methods that will help!

People have told me just to take like 15 minutes a day and worry all i want and be totally anxious but after that 15 minutes is over, i can&#039;t worry the rest of the day, any thing that happens was meant to happen.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;3</description>
