I am having some 15 pigeons, kept in cages, fitted on 8′feet high poles.daily cats coming and chasing these birds,so they always fly away, afraid and they never lay eggs, mainly night times not coming near the cage. Can somebody suggest how to panic these cats and keep them away from my birds?
get a stick and beat him as hard as u can, when u seen him near your pigeons. dont wry the cat wont die or bleed. cats has one sort character that if it faces danger at some spot it wont go there again. i used to follow this principle coz i has lost many pigeons, budgies and albs to it. this would be the best solution.
Anyone Tried Panic Away for Panic Attacks? Is it Scam?
Posted by: | CommentsI read loads of reviews but I never really trusted them. Can anyone who actually bought or tried Panic Away give me feedback?
I found Panic Away to be very helpful.
When you start reading through Panic Away, you’ll learn about the One Move technique, which is a method you can employ to control and, with practice, eliminate panic attacks. The basic idea of it is that you should stop resisting the panic attack symptoms and allow yourself to feel frightened and anxious. Most of the time resisting a panic attack just makes it worse.
The book breaks the One Move down into a step-by-step routine that is easy to follow. You should practice it a few times before you feel a panic attack coming on. Practice makes perfect and if you have practiced the One Move a few times, you’ll be more prepared to deal with a panic attack when you start to feel anxiety creeping in.
Since Panic Attacks can be very unique from one person to another, the Panic Away book also covers how to apply the One Move to other scenarios in a much broader context, so, even if the source of your anxiety isn’t directly covered, you’ll be given instructions on how to address it.
Has anyone tried the program ‘Panic Away’?
Posted by: | CommentsPanic Away is a program you can buy and promises guaranteed results to solve Panic Attacks. I have had them for 23 years (on and off). Has anyone bought the program and has found 100% that it works?
Hi! I have been suffering with panic attacks for 29 years and know how you feel. My mom got the whole series and spent alot of money. She said that it helped, but she must still take her medication. I was in a study with John Hopkins University for panic attacks. The government is trying to make a bill that proves it is a physical illness like diabetes. Then be called a physical illness. It is a loss of serotonin in the brain and must be replaced synthetically. I take prozac or other SSI inhibitors to help balance the brain hormones and chemicals. It runs in families and after death, people with panic attacks have shown small valve heart problems within the autopsy. It helps to reduce stress, meditate, and use biofeedback. It is not just in our mind. Sometimes, psychotherapy works or talking with someone else . But, it doesn’t help me or many others to just listen to tapes that tell us how to eliminate stress or to do what scares us, like a phobia. I did have a hard time coming out of the house for 2 years and had to do what I feared. I fight to be normal all the time. I try not to dwell on problems. I try and try. In church history, it was known as the ailment that got you closer to God because you realize we have no control over our lives in a panic attack. I really got into my church and religion (Catholic) and that helped the most. I read many history books and theology books. I have a hard time sleeping so I read and pray. I help others with this affliction and find that we can use this for the good. It’s a gift from God to keep us from getting arrogant. Oh well–I now have my mom’s tapes and am glad I didn’t buy them.. If you have the money , go for it. Good luck and God Bless you!
Hey, im a 6th grader with panic-like attack symptoms. I have cramps a lot, and when my family isn’t near , i usually cant stand it. I have a lot of trouble with sleep overs. Now, my parents are going away for 4 days, and i can stay with someone if i can handle it, and i want to, but i dont know if can. What do i do, cause i really dont want to go?
You really should not choose to be alone while your parents are away considering your close bond attachment to your family. Are you in fear that something will happen to your family while you are not with them? Maybe you suffered some danger or injury in your past that triggers the onslaught of the panic attacks? You are a little to young to be alone for 4 days. It really is not safe for you to publicize the fact that you will be alone. There are those that will take advantage of the situation and prey on your youth and inexperience. Please take my advice and either stay with someone or have a responsible adult stay with you. You may find the following information valuable regarding your panic attacks/disorder. Good Luck!
If not recognized and treated, panic disorder and its complications can be devastating. Panic attacks can interfere with a child’s or adolescent’s relationships, schoolwork, and normal development. Children and adolescents with panic disorder may begin to feel anxious most of the time, even when they are not having Panic Attacks. Some begin to avoid situations where they fear a panic attack may occur or situations where help may not be available. For example, a child may be reluctant to go to school or be separated from his or her parents. In severe cases, the child or adolescent may be afraid to leave home. This pattern of avoiding certain places or situations is called agoraphobia. Some children and adolescents with panic disorder can develop severe depression and may be at risk of suicidal behavior. As an attempt to decrease anxiety, some adolescents with panic disorder use alcohol or drugs.

How long did it take you for your anxiety and panic attacks to go away on effexor?
Posted by: | CommentsI have been on effexor 37.5 for 5days and I am wondering when you started to feel better and if it stopped the panic attacks all together.
Thanks
For me, depression symptoms seem to be the first to go. Anxiety and panic disorder are usually under control within about a month, and yes it stopped all of my anxiety and Panic Attacks. It actually turned me from a shy person into an outgoing person. Usually 37.5 mg is the starting dosage for Effexor XR, so your doctor will probably be increasing your dosage to 75 mg and then 150 mg if necessary. Doctor’s offices used to give away Effexor XR starter packs which had all the pills necessary to titrate up to the right dosage but I haven’t seen those in a while. I know it’s hard, but just try to be patient. Also try to eat consistently healthy as this can have a great impact on anxiety. It doesn’t mean you have to be perfect, but just try not to over eat as it can take a toll on your energy level.
Best wishes <3

does panic away by joe barry or the linden method work for panic attacks and anxiety?
Posted by: | Comments
Sometimes all someone needs is the belief that something will work for it to work. As for the Linden Method, I just took a quick look at their website and I think visiting a clinical psychologist would be a safer bet. It’s a common misconception that it takes years when seeing a psychologist. There are many types of therapy out there and a lot of them are short term and work.
Hi, i have severe Panic Attacks, those of you that also suffer, which anti-depressant has helped keep them away best for you, with the least side effects, espicially the sexual side effects??
i suffer with panic and anxiety, have for over 25yrs. i have taken a ton of different medications for the disorder. the one i have had best results with is called Vistaril. it is a non-addictive, non-habit forming medication. it has very few side effects. i can take it during the day or when i go to bed. i have been on Vistaril for over a year now…my anxiety level is lower it has ever been. thanks to this medication. i must say things didnt change in the "bedroom" when i started taking this med, and the love life is still going strong…
i wish you all the best…take care!
