		<description>I had panic attacks for about 5 yrs. That was about 15 yrs. ago now and my best advice is to meet it head on. I know that sounds like the last thing that you want to do. I always felt like I was going to pass out or have a heart attack and everybody would be standing over me looking at me. I hated crowds, and standing in line to a movie or whatever. I did talk to a professional about it but I really do not feel that he did any good for me. One day I just said with a friend at first that I am tired of this and went out and faced my issues. I kept saying to myself standing in line I&#039;m not going to pass out it&#039;s all in my head and if I do too bad I will get over it. To this day I still challenge myself but it does get better and better as time goes by, it really does. If you are eating a lot of refined sugars, drinking a lot of pop or coffee, not eating throughout the day, your &quot;panic attacks&quot; could be unstable blood sugar or caffeine produced anxiety.  After you are sure your anxiety has no dietary cause, you might want to look for a psychological cause.  I would not look too hard.  It&#039;s either a situation you can identify right away (new school, nervous about college applications, bully has it in for you) or it&#039;s not.  If you have a problem you can fix (make some friends, make yourself stop worrying about colleges, deal with the bully) fix it.
