How to stop panic attacks?
ByI’ve had Panic Attacks every day for the past 2 months and I’m really on the point to go nuts. Has anyone managed to Overcome Panic Attacks using a natural method?
I’m still on medication which seems to be non-effective for me. Please help !
Yes, learn to trust the LORD.
Cut out caffeine and sugar or at least cut down, get some exercise.
The first will help you stop worrying, the second will help with the heath part of it.

I’ve had panic attacks almost for 5 years and medications did not help me at all. I was browsing the internet one day and came up to a program that helped me a lot.
You really need to treat the root cause of your panic attacks, and find out what triggers them, rather than taking medications. They are not a cure! They will only reduce your symptoms for a short while.

There are 2 programs out there that are famous for treating Panic Attacks and Anxiety successfully.

I have learnt of a very effective method which I personally use and it has helped me to remove my panic and anxiety. It is called the "Stop-Go" method. It is a way of thought-stopping.
When you sense panic arising, say "Stop" to the negative thought.
Think of a moment which you feel happy. It could be a time you spent with your child, your family or you achieve your first success.
Then "go" on to do what you need to do.
