what is the best way to overcome panic attacks?
Byplz help i hate feeling like this very day!!!!???
Try starting a regular workout routine. That way you are under control of your body and can accomplish something healthy everyday. That always make me feel better when I feel out of control.
Good luck I hope you feel better.

it’s not easy at all, especially when they are so strong that you don’t know what’s going on anymore. I get drops of benzodiazepines when a strong panic attack happens and they make you feel calm during their effect. psychotherapy is maybe the best solution, with people who help you figure out what’s wrong with your life and such, and more importantly they do not give you any medicine, because they help you against the symptoms but are not curative. you need to solve the problem/s that cause those symptoms.

THE NUMBER 1 RULE = RELAX – Although it is often impossible to relax during an attack, it is very crucial not to submit yourself to your emotion. Breathe. Deep breathing helps calms and relaxes your mind and body. During an anxiety attack, focus your breathing to slow down your heartbeat. This also diverts your attention from the attack which helps you recover faster. Take some time and practice deep breathing exercises even if you are not stressed or feel anxious.
I found the info at the link below REALLY helpful!
Hope this helps
