How do you get over panic attacks and fear?
ByI have a friend who keeps having Panic Attacks, and is constantly afraid of crowds, new people and other such things. I’m really worried for her, and I want to know what I can do to help her, along with tips I can give her to help her get over the attacks and fear. I want my friend back, and healthy again. What can I do?
You could always watch out for your friend if he/she starts to feel uncomfortable with his/her surroundings.
here’s what you can do:
1) Be there, and remind/administer the steady breathing techniques when the panic comes surging in
2) Do consult a doctor/ behavioural psychology simultaneously for long term remedy of panic anxiety.
-Medication to help your physical state be in control over the attacks
-Therapy to control your fear and evade from another panic attack.
3) avoid consuming harmful substances
4) keep healthy by having a routine, fun physical activity.

I suffer from panic attacks and the best thing is to either clear your mind and count to ten…then take deep breaths…5 seconds in through your nose and 10 seconds out through your mouth…
I wish your friend luck

You can suggest to her that she go in and see her doctor and tell him or her exactly how she is feeling — all of it. You have to be honest with a doctor about anything going on in your mind as well as physical health.
Your friend might be afraid to do this but with your support it will help keep her on the right track of getting help. There are many things that can help her with this — therapy to learn – why – this happens..Medications to control it which will help greatly….and time to learn how to handle it on her own.
Support – support – support is all you can do and help her understand how important it is for her to see someone who can help her =)
~There is much help out there…..
– good luck –

you can take her to the doctor, also be there for her always. telling her that everything is fine and assuring her that you will be there for her always. you can also suggest taking Vilift, i am taking it and i really recommend it.
