Did you have Panic Disorder or Depression?
ByHow long time was the treatment?

I want to know your History of Life.

Depression- had it for 12 years, but only had treatment for the last 5 years. Can’t remember all the medications but Effexor XR, Resperidone, Lithium, Avanza, Seroquel, Epilim, those are the ones I remember.
Panic Disorder- only had it for less than a year, learnt skills to cope instead of medication. No longer have any trouble with it

i have bipolar depression and im on mood stabilizers anti psychotics and anti depressants and i will be on this type of medication for the rest of my life

I’ve never had a panic dissorder but I have gotten some depression lately. >.<
