WHat is the best treatment for panic disorder?
ByMY doc perscribed me celexa and I am ambililent about taking it because first I started taking zoloft for post partum panic disorder and it exacerbated my panic so I quit it, my anxiety and panic is becoming crippling and I need something I am currently going back and forth between klonolin and ativan but I don’t want to be doped up all the time, has anyone had experience with celexa or any experience with this topic, any and all opinions and thoughts would be helpful. Thanks
I appreciate everyones opinions but I have a chemical imbalance I am not worried about things consciously and trust me I have thrown myself in God, but I need a liitle boost to get me out of this slump, I am truly suffering from hormonal issues,
exersize, don’t take everything so seriously, life really is short… at the end of your long life you do not want to look back and see a life filled with worry, panic, and isolation…. other peoples opinions just don’t matter, and you could be having a good time with all the money your having to spend of therapy….. get rid of all your cd’s that sing of bad relationships and hard times… stick in some beach boys, bobby mcferren "don’t worry, be happy", some celtic women…. I too have suffered from such crippling and dibillatating disorders… I litterally cried eight years of my life away… now I have ghost disorders that no one can find what is wrong… they call it fibromyalgia… pain all over… I have diabetes… its just not worth it… you only live once… and you’ll never please everyone all the time… if your pleasing one person you absolutly respect… then someone else you absolutly respect is concurrently displeased…. stop trying to please everyone.
pray. God is the only one you really need to please.
