but since the first and maybe the second are already approved for other human problems/diseases, your doc could prescribe them to you now, if he/she felt it was appropriate.

If the concentrations needed to produce an effect significantly greater than a placebo effect do not cause any harmful side effects, then yes. They already give oxytocin as medicine I know, but I’m not sure what the concentrations would have to be to change anxiety problems
However, for most cases of social anxiety, therapy addressing the route causes will still be more effective in the long run.
